He is the CEO of MelaninMD, a health technology company focused on addressing healthcare disparities for people of color, with deep ties to the University of Minnesota Nanotechnology Center. Archie is introducing a new NASA-based technology to enhance IV placement, revolutionizing medical procedures and patient care. Archie and talk about the value of therapy and the roots of therapy in African culture. It something that still has a stigma around it for black men especially but the benefits are astronomical. He also talks about what inspired him to starting MelaninMD.
