These are common bad habits that sneak in after years of dieting, but ultimately lead to an unenjoyable relationship with food and weight gain.
I’m Aoife Deane, Registered Dietitian (MSc Nutritional Medicine) and Clinical Hypnotherapist. I have been specialising in eating and weight issues for 17 years.

My best qualification is that I struggled with chronic dieting and binge eating disorder myself, and was 3 clothes sizes bigger and always yo-yoing between a 3 stone range. I was surrounded by friends who didn't diet but were slim, yet I was constantly "being good" and just gaining weight! 

My philosophy now is helping people to become like slim people who don't diet. This happens by unlearning all we learned through dieting and developing a completely different attitude and relationship towards our body and food. For more information, check out
