Sometimes, personal goals get lost because we say yes to other people's goals without assessing whether or not they align with ours. Though there is something valuable to take from every experience, we have to constantly evaluate whether or not what we are currently doing is nourishing us or depleting us.

J.Mix is joined by her talented friends, Pat Smith & Lefty Lucy, to talk shop about how they are prioritizing gigs and artistic experiences that nourish their purpose and goals. They also acknowledge their shared clinical diagnosis and how they nurture it whilst pursuing their endeavors.  Lefty breaks down why she enthusiastically aligns her productions with historically marginalized communities at the forefront. Pat discusses the importance of finding creative spaces that allow artistic exploration and pursue the curiosities of life.
