September is Sexual Health Month and Kristen is kicking off with guest Caroline Markel Hammond. Her organization Safe In Harms Way helps people prepare to safely leave unhealthy relationships.

Topics include reframing past experiences, sexological changes as we age, and being that friend in the group that will always be happy to talk about sex to educate our circle.
