I understand how shifting your mindset can sound too hard, too much effort AND / OR too easy to work. I share some research behind why it works and how we don't have to let emotions like fear or skepticism be in the drivers seat of our life.

I love Elizabeth Gilbert's analogy of fear: fear will always be there - it can come along for the ride - BUT - it is NEVER aloud to hold the map, give directions, and most of all - NEVER ALOUD TO DRIVE. Let it complain in the backseat but keep your eyes on the road ahead.
