Darcel Washbourne is a South African British citizen who grew up in the UK and now resides in Dubai. She has invested in several properties in different parts of the world, including South Africa, Wales, and England. Darcel used to be a teacher of Spanish but now works as a private governess, which allows her to travel extensively.
