When most people decide to get more serious about taking care of their body the first place they often look is what they are eating and what they can take out, eat less of, track, etc. The truth is we've been conditioned to start with a “diet”. We even hear people putting off the other major health endeavor, exercise, in favor of a diet. First I need to lose X amount of pounds and then I’ll start going to the gym.
