The first thing I want you to acknowledge is that parenting is some serious business. there are things one should be aware of.  The basics of parenting. Now a days parents are well aware of things like helicopter parenting, and elephant parenting but they are dumb founded when their child is throwing a tantrum. Or when you get calls from his school, complaining of his bad behavior.

Secondly every child is different. One may be a fun loving child who would need a parent with a happy, jolly temperament. Another may be a strong willed child who would need supportive parents, letting him explore and experiment.

So we need to understand our child's behavior, it will make parenting so much easier than what we perceive it to be.

Habits like making comparisons, having high expectations are detrimental to our child's growth.

You can't dive into deep waters without knowing how to swim. Just like that parenting without knowing how to ? will only hold you responsible for leaving behind a generation that is a burden to the society.

The moment I realized this fact, I hold myself accountable for how I parent my child because each of my actions now have repercussions.
