Today is the first day of our "Mother-Daughter Chat" Podcast broadcasting. With excitement, we share with the listeners the inspiration behind this Podcast.
In June of this year, I participated in a trip with the theme "Imagine Yourself Five Years from Now." These five days of travel were very special to me, a period of personal time for self-dialogue and spiritual reflection.
Without family and children by my side, I had more time for contemplation and observation of the people and things around me. Slowing down, experiencing with heart, giving myself a space for complete relaxation and rejuvenation of body and mind.
On the fifth day of the trip, I sent a postcard, writing some words to my future self in five years, and one of the dreams was to record a Podcast with my daughter. I am very happy that three months later, we started this dream. The initial aspiration of this dream is very simple - it is a creation that my daughter and I work on together, a work that we can grow together as mother and daughter.
Most importantly, this Podcast will accompany my daughter's growth, accumulating the bond between us as mother and daughter
