EP005 Listen In On A Training! Every Interaction Matters

This week you'll listen in as I facilitate a customized training. I was one of several trainers in an all-day, all employee, training event. I was impressed as there were trainers from various companies offering a broad spectrum of topics. The event was held at Chico State, University and they recently updated the training rooms - it was nice. They provided lunch for all the trainers, which was generous. 

I received an email that told me the training was well received and they asked if they could book me for next year, in case that inspires you to give this episode a listen!

This week focus on:

1. How does each job impact the end-user/customer/client/citizen/patient? 

2. Focus on YOUR job. 

3. Personal development is your responsibility. 

4. Save up the competition for the competition. 

5. If the interaction is important, the timing of the interaction is important.
