Starting as a pilot for the US Air Force, Jerry transitioned to being a commercial pilot before being furloughed after 9/11. He turned that challenging experience into a business opportunity, becoming a sommelier and ultimately a restaurant entrepreneur.
Jerry talks about how he instills leadership at all levels and its contribution to the success of his concepts. He also discusses the lessons learned in his military career that apply surprisingly well to running the restaurants.
