In this week's episode I talk about stepping back and making adjustments. The way we are doing things may not be working and the best thing is to step back, become present and make changes especially when it comes to the most important job as a parent.  Also, remember to keep it positive, whatever you are going to say make sure your words are encouraging rather than hurtful.
