The coaches discuss best practices for returning to exercise after getting sick. When should you just do pure rest, active recovery, moderate cardio, heavy lifting, or even power work? Coaching, like many other fields, is the artful application of science, hence, "Arts and Sciences". The scientific method, when properly applied, cannot figure out highly complex problems quickly enough for anyone to act with 100% certainty all of the time. Therefore, coaching intuition (a sense of what works based on common sense, study, wisdom, and experience) applies.
