Joe Abbas has been a friend of mine for over 13 years and has has always been on my side in everything especially, starting this podcast series. In this episode, we mainly explore the concept of fake and true friends in this generation nowadays and go through other topics.

This is also something he wants to share with everyone including the men in today's "strange" world. I believe that the one way to living healthy is living with meaningful virtues to help comprehend the concept of excellence.
