The coaches talk best exercises across the 7 basic human movements. What is functional, function, functionality? (adj, n/v, n)? Josh is perplexed as to why this is a buzzword in the fitness industry and decides it's time to define it (or at least qualify it). Jordan is learning to like pushups. People need a lot of tolerance built into their schedules and routines. Josh had breakfast with a flat-earther in Malibu.


-Hidden dolphins in blocks of steel, rays of sunshine in your iron ore.

-Maybe don't feud with a fraternity in college or else you'll get a judge's ultimatum.
