Ralph has a unique and inspiring story. He started at Universal Weather and Aviation as a high school intern in their meteorology department, rising to the position of CEO in 2007, a role he still holds today.

Ralph credits being a lifelong learner and staying curious as two of the qualities among many that have helped him lead Universal for the past 15 years. In our conversation, he details how he preserved the company's culture despite the tough times presented by the pandemic.
