Just like a ‘first date’, listen more than talking, with lots of open questions, and allow more than the scheduled 15 minutes, ending before it's finished though with a presumptive close for the next meeting. 

 

Then getting ready for the ‘second date’ in-person meeting, mapping all decision makers or influencers, arriving early with a spare shirt parking options, and scheduling the close. 

 

This is a deliberately longer episode than usual and worth the time investment for any MSP looking to improve sales outcomes.
