Welcome back for another episode. This is our first subscriber requested sequencing! If you are new to yoga try the Ep. 01 Basic flow and then give this one a try. Whenever I introduce a more complex sequence, because it is only audio - We will do it more than one time through to allow you to sync up with it a little more each time. So the main sequence in this episode goes through once and then builds.
