Shri Krishna explains us in these verses that a Self-realized person has total knowledge and is not involved in the happenings of the world.
Shri Krishna urges us to use the intellect to hold the mind in the present without meandering into the wasteful avenues of the past and future. Concentrate on every action to the fullest. When all actions are perfect you will sculpt a brilliant future for yourself. With concentration and consistency you will achieve the impossible.
