When I saw the recent stat sheet for my podcast, I was surprised to see there are listeners from all over the world. I appreciate you taking time out of your day to listen, so I decided to attempt greetings for every country listed! 

The main topic for this episode continues my focus on attitude. I share a taped training in which the speaker highlights three attitude categories: positive, neutral, and negative. I realized I sometimes interpret neutral attitudes as negative attitudes because I want to work with people who act like they give a dang about their jobs and the companies paying them. I'm rethinking that perspective after listening to this tape. That's right, I still have a functioning VHS player, so I was able to share this tape with you.
