When you take the pressure off seriously awesmes things happen and this week I get to share an interview with the incredible Triinu who is a perfect example of this.

After months of hitting walls with her IG Reels she was close to giving up - nothing seemed to be working and she was putting herself under so much pressure. 

After strippi8ng everything back ahnd going back to why she was do8ing them in the first place she took the pressure off and went back to just having fun with them.

In the space of just 3 months she grew her audience by 33k followers. and since gone on to grow it a further 7k since our chat!

Trrinu is a perfect example of zero pressure enegy and creating space for the reuslts to come. 

When we try and control and manipulate the outcome there is no room for anything to flow!

The day you decide to start making changes won’t be the day your physical world changes BUT Your inner world will as everything starts to rearrange and realign! The hard bit is to keep believing and trusting it’s changing while you wait for the proof to come in…
