Supervisors and managers can fall into a rut when it comes to team meetings. When this happens, employees feel like they know what to expect and it isn't very exciting. 

You don't always have to be the one to carry team meetings. By getting creative and designing activities, they learn to assist in facilitation, and you get to learn more about them, what they think, and why they think it.
