With this being the first episode. We wanted to give a little information on who we are, what our purpose is and how the Local Locker Room Podcast came about.

Ep1: A Little History

We are a small VA sports Media Group. We will be covering football from the high school level down to the Youth Level in the 540, 703, and some of the 571 areas. In the locker room we speak our truths. You might agree with it you might not agree with it but as long as things are said respectfully everyone has the right to speak. We will have interviews with coaches players and parents. There will also be great round table talks about the game of football itself. Monday’s @9pm it’s “Weekend Wrap Ups” then Wednesday @9pm it’s “Coaches Corner” and end the week with Fridays @6pm “Pre Game Picks”
