This junior football player thing at about 5 foot 11 190 lb runs a 4.4 1 in the 40 with a 3.8 GPA had to sit down with us and talk to us about how important education is and how is only using football as a stepping stool to get to the point that he wants to be.

With this being the first episode. We wanted to give a little information on who we are, what our purpose is and how the Local Locker Room Podcast came about.

We are a small Virginia sports media group. We will be covering football from the high school level down to the youth level in the 540, 703, and some parts of the 571 areas. In the locker room we speak our truth. Some things you might agree with some things you might not agree with but as long as things are said respectfully everyone has the right to speak their opinion. We will have live interviews with coaches players and parents. There will also be great round table conversations about the game of football it’s self. We will have random episodes as well as schedule episodes.
