Ep1: How Do You Actually "Listen to Your Body?"

In this episode I'm sharing the frustration I have with the guidance of "listening to your body." Because WTF does that even mean? And how do you do it if you've been deeply disconnected from your own body? Where do you even start? I've walked that rocky road from disconnected back to feeling more embodied, so I gotchu. Here I share some tips, exercises and simple shifts that you can make to reconnect to your body. And open yourself up to hearing your own inner guidance once again.
