Julia and I followed our intuition and met at a Human Design reader training in Costa Rica in 2022. And how do you do it if you've been deeply disconnected from your own body? Where do you even start? I've walked that rocky road from disconnected back to feeling more embodied, so I gotchu. Here I share some tips, exercises and simple shifts that you can make to reconnect to your body. And open yourself up to hearing your own inner guidance once again.
