Today's episode features special guest Julia Petroff a human design reader and the creative soul behind @kosmic_glow. Julia and I followed our intuition and met at a Human Design reader training in Costa Rica in 2022. I quickly discovered we share a similar craving for deep soulful conversation and intimate connection with others. In this episode I ask Julia to share some of her lived experience listening to her intuition and we discuss:

  • Intellectualizing our intuition vs. actually feeling it in our bodies
  • Navigating the fear of being seen as "crazy" when following a unique path
  • The importance of trial and error as part of the learning process
  • Seeing mistakes as re-direction or simply opportunities to learn from
  • How relationships can be some of our greatest teachers.
  • Trusting our intuition while in relationships. And knowing when its time to end one.
