We’re finally here!! The first episode of The No Taboo Woo Woo Show is out in the wild, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you. It’s only taken us 6 months from recording this first episode 😂

In this one, you’ll get to meet me (Sandra) and my co-host Gail. We were supposed to fully introduce ourselves, share our spiritual backstories, and give you a neat little summary of who we are. But then an oracle card hijacked the conversation (as they do), and suddenly we were knee-deep in guilt, what real self-care looks like, letting go of sh*t that doesn't serve you, and why boundaries are basically your spiritual BFFs.

This podcast is our virtual circle: a space for real conversations, soulful tangents, and spirituality without the sugar-coating. Expect truth bombs, unexpected wisdom, and the occasional cackle.
