This week we’ve got our very first guest on The No Taboo Woo Woo Show! Sam Pedder, a consultant anaesthetist on the cusp of retirement, joins us to talk all things Munay Ki Rites, Reiki, intuition, and what happens when a self-proclaimed “science brain” ends up deep in ancient energy rights from the Q’ero people of Peru.

We both pulled ‘The Star’ card this week, so we’re diving into hope, mindset, and getting your energy pointing toward what you actually want instead of looping on doubt or staying stuck at “meh.”

Gail’s back from Scotland with a new pendulum (also learn that wooden healing pendulums are a thing!), a book on Archetypal Alchemy, and the weird pendulum moment where checking in with it made her ask “well who the f*ck am I!?” She used her body compass to pick presents (success!) and shares how she’s weaving magic into the everyday.

We talk energy protection and cleansing your space. I share how I manifested a succulent and how my pendulum is helping me clear out my wardrobe and reconnect with my gut instincts.

Gail gives a 74-days-sober update and talks about nine months of kundalini, teacher training, and the energy centre container she’s dreaming up - mind monkeys included.

A book that found me sends us into the mind–body connection, forgotten muscles, and how we’re not going back to handwashing clothes. We also chat about craving face-to-face connection and how online life affects our energy as well as the way we dress.
