If you're a coach (or thinking about it), I wouldn't want to miss this episode! We were fortunate to have Tim Latorra on episode 10 who has arguably been one of the most successful basketball coaches in NH this past decade. Investing in yourself, the players, families, and community were something that Tim emphasised in some of the success he's been a part of. LaTorra helped lead the girls program in Sunapee, New Hampshire, D-IV,  to three consecutive state titles and four consecutive championship game appearances. The Lakers set D-IV records for points scored in the playoffs (295 in 2017) and points scored in a championship game (80 in 2015) under his tenure, and finished the 2016-17 season on a 72-game win streak dating back to 2014. He now coaches at Division One Concord High School (NH) where he's already making an impact in his short time there.

TIm's a teacher, leader, mentor, coach, and family man who is all in when he shows up for any job. His commitment in what he does for the communities he serves is an example that anyone looking for success should check out. We hear about the investment it takes to attract success as a coach, finding the balance between work and family, loving and always learning in what you do.
