Leadership is about where are we going. Management is about how do we get there. Success leadership is about having willing followers. Those without willing followers are typically dictators. There are no born leaders. Instead, leaders are those who decide to challenge norms with the guts to stand up for what they believe while accepting the risk of rejection and failure.
