I also touch on how to kickstart your health (both physical and mental) if you’re not feeling healthy and strong right now. We all get into a rut every now and then, but if that rut has lasted more than a few months… maybe even a few years… maybe decades? It’s time to turn it around - it’s never too late to start your unique journey to becoming a healthier and more fulfilled version of yourself. <3 Because on our deathbed, our health is the only thing we’re wishing for.
