Everything is a distraction today isn't it? We are bombarded from all sides - and from all forms of media - telling us what to believe, how to react, even how to live. It never ends. Here's my reminder to all of us to choose our sources wisely and get the garbage out of our minds and consequently out of our lives. Whether it's toxic media, toxic people, or even the rabbit holes we go down and wonder why... it's just not worth the aggravation and the negativity. Choose wisely and simplify. Love all y'all!
