ABOUT MARYBETH
Marybeth is the founder and owner of Simply Essential For You LLC, a platform for her holistic life coaching practice where she combines spirituality and essential oils to support women on their path of self discovery. Marybeth has a Masters degree in School Counseling and works in a public school in NY for over 20 years, Marybeth recognizes the need for women, young and older to have a space where they can be supported in embracing who they are as a whole person. Marybeth is also a She Recovers coach and a Trauma Informed Coach. Marybeth has 2 teenage children and it is through her experience as a parent where she realized even more so the support that women need in the role of, mother. Through her own re-parenting practice Marybeth has come to understand how fear based parenting was impacting her relationship with her children. Marybeth believes in the mind body connection and desires to help women step into their power and thrive.

Beverly Sartain is the President of the Holistic Coach Training Institute, where she trains aspiring coaches on coaching skills and business set-up. The Holistic Coach Certification Programs are ICF Level 1 and Level 2 accredited that focuses on a holistic approach to coaching. We see Clients as whole, complete and resourceful to create creative solutions to their challenges and issues. During her ten-year career in nonprofits, she managed and developed domestic violence and co-occurring residential programs. Beverly is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She has her PCC (Professional Certified Coach) from the ICF. Beverly enjoys helping professionals empower themselves around their skill set and online coaching business.
