Ausma Fiame arrived in the United States from Lithuania with only a suitcase and a dream.  A dynamic performer, her passion for the arts began at an early age.  This medical school graduate has been thrilling theater audiences in the U.S., Europe and China for over twenty years.

Having placed in modeling competitions in Southern California, Ausma coaches women on modeling and charisma with her unique approach focused on attitude and positivity and to be more charismatic simply by changing physicality and how they feel. In this episode, Ausma also shares some stories of overcoming adversity having lived across the world in Lithuania, China, and now the USA. Ausma also discusses how regular people can be more charismatic simply by changing how they feel or think about a situation they are in.

Her greatest passions are dancing and storytelling, through which she provides audiences with lasting impressions of true kindness. This mentality, combined with comedic timing learned through years of studying at Second City and Improv Olympic in Chicago, make her wildly charismatic.

Don’t be fooled, Ausma also packs a lot of punch.  Along with the ability to speak three different languages, she comes with a decade of martial arts experience.

Ausma, or as her friends like to call her “Awesome,” is passionate about animal rights.  She aspires to one day build a “no-kill” shelter in a house that’s designed for cats. To contact Ausma:
