Cara Kovacs is an empowerment coach creating a culture change within the business realm. With magical witchy foundations, an intersectional feminist approach, and a values-aligned methodology, we talk all about how cara came to find her voice and locate her own ethics and practices in a coaching industry that has a bit of a reputation for being predatory or exploitative towards clients.
