Most of the wealth we chase—status, success, approval, money — don’t give us freedom. They make us slaves.
Then again...wealth isn’t the enemy. It’s the obsession of wealth that is the enemy. It’s the belief that wealth can give you what only God can give you, which is His peace, His purpose, His identity. True wealth isn’t about what sits in your bank account. It’s about what anchors your soul. If everything you’ve built was stripped away tomorrow—would you recognize the person in the mirror? Would you be rich in the ways that matter?
Real freedom begins where surrender starts. And real wealth begins when you stop striving… and start becoming.
A great big thank you to Aaron Burden for our cover art this week!
