It's the month of LOVE!
My favourite month because it is also my birth month.
Do you ever take time for yourself? When was the last time you gave yourself some TLC and worked on YOU!
Self love is all about respecting and appreciating yourself. This can often be pushed to one side and our focus can be put on others around us. This is OK but it is important also that you take time to appreciate yourself. After all, we need to learn to love ourselves before we can truly accept someone else loving us.
If you suffer with low confidence and self esteem then self love may be an area you find challenging. That is why I have dedicated this whole month to a series of episodes that will provide some advice and ways in which you can start working on loving yourself.
This episode is the first of four episodes in the Self Love series. To kick off, we discuss how exercise plays an important role in self care and how to utilise it in the best way.
