In this episode I am unloading so many of my thoughts and feelings that I have been feeling for a long while now but never knew if and how I should share them! I finally had to before I exploded!
This episode I dive into how we need to play nice on so many jungle gyms of life and how we can't keep segregating and separating women based on anything, and how anti-diet is not anti-health, among many other things.
