Let me just start out the show by telling you how much my wife and I appreciate your prayers for her. For those of you who didn’t hear me explain this during last week’s show – my wife Cindy was diagnosed with a skin melanoma on her upper left arm, and I had asked for prayers for her, and let me tell ya’ – we felt those prayers! And before this segment escapes me entirely, let’s talk about what to expect from today’s edition of The Outdoor Cooking Show. Over the 2-plus years we’ve been on the air I’ve heard from more than one listener who said they really enjoyed hearing amateur chefs more than professional chefs.
