Understanding the power of who I am BTS is exactly what helped me - an untrusting, control freak - to finally trust, let go and bag myself a £48k contract..... During this episode I share how I .....

Here's what I did.....

• Stopped focusing on the HOW and instead focused on what I wanted and connected to it everyday
• Got intentional with my content, starting owning my voice and quit editing what I was saying to make others feel better
• Stopped reacting from ego and fear and instead paused, listened responded based on what I know - which is that everything is working for me and so actively looked for the lessons and let the rest go
• Took action by doing what I knew to do - despite the discomfort & fear
• Regulated my nervous systems - whopper- I meditated, exercised fuelled my mind and stayed in the company of my people
• Cleaned up my mindshit telling me to compromise, back down & negotiate a bit more
• Held my power for what I wanted, remained solid in my worth and focused on EVERYTHING working out.
