This week's episode kicks off as always with Holly and Molly from the Vegan Food & Living team discussing the week in the world of veganism and beyond. Molly is back from Shambala to share her favourite eats – from the amazing spiced pancakes served up at Dosa Deli to the momos at Tibetan Kitchen, whilst Holly has been trying out some TikTok trends including vodka pasta and Asian cucumber salad. We also touch on the relaunch of KitKat V and which vegan foods are better for the planet.

The interview: Following last week's focus on diversity with Generation Vegan, today Holly chats to The Vegan Queens about why they went vegan and what drives them to spread the message that we must end all oppression – including that against animals. Gemini and Miasma also give us a taste of what they like to cook when they're at home, their experiences of terrible vegan food whilst travelling and their thoughts on the future of the movement as one, unified voice.
