One of the key components to trading is the ability to follow your trading plan. 

However it also seem to be one of the hardest things for people to do. 

But WHY?

Well lets look into it. Today we discuss the idea that your trading plan is a past, non- emotional version of you, guiding you through the emotional turmoil during trading. So why can't we follow our past selves advice? Perhaps we don't trust ourselves enough. Perhaps we don't trust our ability as we don't have the proof yet. It's in an interesting concept. One that is somewhat self fulfilling. If we trust ourselves then we would most likely see the results which in turn would help us trust our selves more.

So how do we start this cycle?

Simple - ALWAYS keep your word to yourself. If you say you are going to do something, then do it. Especially when its is something that only affects you. It's easy to show up when others are relying on us, it's very easy to skip out when no-one is watching. Don't skip out on your dreams. Start today and keep your word to yourself.
