• Hot mess in my 20s – totally unhealthy in all areas of my life

• Radiating your infinite goddess energy from the inside to the outside
• Our true selves are goddesses
• Chakra work is doing not being and unlearning things

[00:07:43] What would you tell that girl who runs away at the thought of them being a goddess and not being they can be one?

• Ancient goddesses…aren't the Victoria secret image. It's the energy they represent.
• True beauty is the innate energy attraction
• Beauty is energetic attraction
• A goddess is NOT wearing a flower crown, but you have your own inner goddess.
• It looks different for everyone.

[00:09:29] Can you share the journey it took to get you there.

• The journey is NOT as beautiful as it sounds…it's a painful journey.
• Started in early to mid-journey
• I've been working on daily visuals
• Had to look at my energetic patterns and had to be real with them which can be uncomfortable that's the work we have to do
• A lot of counselling, healing, energy work and reading…
• The universe shows us multiple time what we need to work on
• Wanting to blame people, situations and not owning my actions…

[00:11:46] Was their ego death involved in this process to get over the stubbornness?

• Ego is our false sense of identity
• I was clinging on this old pattern of me…
• I blamed everyone who wasn't there for me

[[00:14:47] What was the AH-HA moment for you to realized this?

• My journey revolved around my life's work and what I wanted to share with the world
• The universe showed me this is what I'm settling for when I could have more
• I had to decide in that moment I wasn't going to allow myself to repeat that cycle over and over
• Victim mentality, why me?! It's a place of unworthiness and not knowing your true power
• Living your purpose is the baptism fire and that acute wisdom
• You need to ask yourself this question…

[00:17:35] The Beauty Circle, where you excel in and where do you need extra help in.

• Excel in spirituality
• Every single day I'm at my altar, if I can't make it to my altar I'm meditating in the shower
• I have to make a soul connection, every single day
• Skin & Water I excel in as well!
• TMI Bowels I lack in; I get so constipated…
• I need to improve relationships with myself and others
• How can I use my spirituality to work on my relationships?
• I'm a lone wolf because I feel like I can't rely on people & I carry all the weight on my own and I need to be supported so I want to improve this area.

[00:21:46] Share with us your perfect skin food routine

• Intuitively fast
• Smoothie around 11am
• Fiber powder in coffee
• Lots of soups and veggies for lunch, I don't eat much meat because it stays in your body too long
• I use collagen powder and lots of avocado for my skin health
• Green blended soups sometimes over a smoothie
• Cheat meal wise I'm 70/30…my issue is wine!
• Pasta is my naughty food…eat like 3 pastas
• Coconut milk ice-cream
• Not into sweets or snacks

[00:27:09] What would you tell your younger self now after all the work you did?

• Accountability is NOT self-blame or shaming yourself, but knowing you have the power to change this
• I held on to a lot of guilt and shame and in effect I blamed a lot of people cause the burden was too much for me
• We manifest the way people treat us…the way you treat yourself is the way you are treated by others
• I need to show us for myself

[00:31:15] What's the craziest thing you've manifested?

• I manifested my husband…
• My fear energy is masculine
• I needed to shift our dynamics and get more into my feminine energy so he can be more in his masculine energy.

• So when I changed my energy, his energy changes
• There needs to be a balance and meshing them together like puzzle pieces

• Life of Kylie – I was cringed by it because that was me in my 20s
• Now I am Kim Kardashian; she's doing so many things making an empire of various things
• One of my goals is to have Kim Kardashian in my launch summit.
