30-DAY CONFIDENCE CHALLENGE BY LA IVANA

DAY 0: This is the introduction to the challenge.

In today's episode I share all the important details and ask you some questions so that we can set the foundation for the next 30 days.

I also shared some of the topics for the upcoming days, such as:

- creating an environment to support your confidence

- developing a mindset of a confident woman

- how to deal with negative comments and stay solid

- self-awareness around the words you use in your daily life

- how you see yourself; creating an identity of a confident woman
