Nitu joins us for Menopause Awareness Month to share her advice for anyone wanting to learn more about this life stage for women or anyone assigned as female at birth. What foods are beneficial? Do we need to take supplements? And does a plant-based diet have a positive impact on symptoms? Nitu has all the answers.
