Do you think your current day job is this 'grind' that you have to do in order to hustle and work at building an online business at whatever hours you can? Are you taking on the idea that you kind of have to suck it for a few years until your business is up and running?
The reality is there is NO guarantee of a successful business. In fact a very small percentage of people are able to quit their 9-5 jobs within a year to scale their business, but that might be after a few attempts, several failures, and years of resilience building and weathering the ups & downs of the economy.
In this episode I take a conversation I had with fellow entrepreneur Ryan McDermott to shift the perspective around your day job being the grind job. If you think you're going to have to GRIND until you experience FREEDOM, you've got it the wrong way around!
