It is OK to not be OPK, it is OK to stop for a minute, and start over. Our nervous system will tell us when it's just too much, you can feel when you are overwhelemed, it shows up as anger, frustration, impatience even illness. Give yourself permission to take breaks. While consistancy is important, your health should always be #1.
