Stanley was a unique film director that brought us inspirational films such as 2001: A Space Odyssey, Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb, Lolita, Full Metal Jacket and Eyes Wide Shut. He gave a new meaning to the word perfection in his work. This is an intriguing man and artist that deserves the utmost recognition.
