As female athletes and coaches ourselves, we understand how important this topic is as a competitive bodybuilder, and want to ensure that you are informed and educated when it comes to the physiological changes that you occur as a female. 

In part I, we discuss the different phases of the menstrual cycle, understanding weight fluctuations and energy needs, tracking your cycle on apps, common red flags when it comes to your cycle when looking at embarking a comp prep, plus much much more.
